Darryl Alex D'Souza started his career with Industrial Engineering, Business Process Re-Engineering & Supply Chain Consulting 33 yrs ago. After suffering from chronic illnesses for over 14 years, despite having tried all the conventional medicine systems, he finally used Integrative Natural Medicine to heal himself completely in 2005. At that time, he realized that there was something very wrong with the education we were receiving in the world, since it was resulting in more sickness, more environmental destruction, people getting more emotionally and mentally stressed, and living more like slaves to a system. That's when he quit his engineering field, left his home city Mumbai, went to his ancestral village in Goa, and began practicing & teaching Integrative Natural Medicine. Thereafter he became an organic farmer & environmentalist, and started teaching people the relationship between our food, our environment, the community we live in, and our health and mental well being. He has given lectures on these topics at several schools, colleges & institutions in India, and has done workshops and retreats for the same. Darryl is also a TEDx speaker, author of the book 'Become Healthy or Extinct', founder of the Integrative Medicine & Health Committee of India, founder of Earth Keepers Connect, convener of The New Earth Summit on health, food, farming & environment, as well as speaker at The World Parliaments on Spirituality.
