This is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the essence of who you have always been. Through guided reflection, embodied practices, and gentle inquiry, this retreat creates a sacred space to soften the layers of conditioning and remember the wisdom, creativity, and light that live at your core. This is not about becoming someone new, but about re-membering—bringing back together—the parts of yourself that know how to listen, trust, and shine. Come as you are, and leave more fully at home within yourself.

Amongst breathtaking nature and only 10 kilometers away from the fairy tale town of Heidelberg!

Heidelberg is a timeless, storybook town nestled along the Neckar River in southwestern Germany, where history, romance, and learning meet. Known for its red-roofed Old Town and the majestic ruins of Heidelberg Castle perched above it, the city carries a gentle, poetic atmosphere shaped by centuries of art, philosophy, and scholarship. Home to Germany’s oldest university, Heidelberg has long attracted thinkers, writers, and seekers, giving it a youthful, intellectual pulse alongside its deep historical roots. Cobblestone streets, riverside walks, forested hills, and sun-washed cafés create a feeling that is both lively and contemplative—a place where beauty invites reflection and the past feels lovingly present in the now.

Day 1: Friday - Meet and Greet

15:00 to 17:00: Welcome Circle, Grounding Meditation,

and Intention Setting

18:00 to 20:00: Welcome Drink and Dinner

Day 2: Saturday - Journey to the Heart

07:00 to 08:00 Qigong

08:00 to 09:30: Breakfast

09:30 to 13:00: Workshop

13:00 to 14:30: Lunch

14:30 to 18:00: Workshop

16:00: Tea/Coffee break for 30 minutes

18:00 to 21:00: Dinner in Heidelberg

From 21:30: Evening Group Sharing Circle

Day 3: Sunday - Awakening Your Sacred Self

07:00 to 08:00 Qigong

08:00 to 09:30: Breakfast

09:30 to 13:00: Workshop

13:00 to 14:30: Lunch

14:30 to 16:00: Forest Bath:

Silent walk to the forest to bath in the richness of Mother Gaia!

Connect with nature by touching, listening and feeling to re-member who you truly are!

16:30 to 18:00: Workshop

18:00 to 21:00: Dinner at a local restaurant

21:00 to 22:00: Night time ritual and singing around the fire

Day 4: Monday - Future Imagery

07:00 to 08:00: Qigong

08:00 to 09:00: Breakfast

09:00 to 10:00: Future Imagery Meditation

10:00 to 11:00: Closing Circle and Final Shares

Take Flixbus from FRA to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station).

From Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof take the local train (S-Bahn) to Neckargemünd Alt Stadt.

Our house is literally 2 minutes walk from the Alt Stadt train station!

Isabel will be the primary teacher for the workshop lovingly guiding you through healing journeys, meditations and journaling.
